Orders can be placed; online, by email or by telephone using the steps outlined below.

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email confirming the order and including the designated photographer's contact information. The photographer will contact you within 12 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays) to establish a time for the photography session.

Online
If you have received a username and password from Obeo then you can:

Go to www.obeo.com
Click Registered Client, located at the bottom right corner.
Enter your Username and Password
Click Enter
Click Order Tours/Services, located on the right-hand menu
At Property Details:
- Click the circle beside Order New Obeo Tour
- Click Continue
- enter Address
- select Ontario (Canada)
- select City
- enter Postal Code
- enter data in other fields as required
- click Continue
At Select Services
- select the product to be ordered (page will refresh)
- click Continue
At Finalize Order
- review the data and if correct
- click the Please check box to accept our Terms and Conditions
- Click Place Order
